When you are pregnant or just had a baby an easy crockpot meal is just what the Doula ordered! Our Postpartum Doula, Heather, put together this delish crockpot Barbecue Pulled Pork dinner. 


INGREDIENTS

Pork butt or boneless pork ribs
Barbecue sauce of your choosing(I usually use sweet baby rays)
Lawry's seasoning salt
1 can of cola (Dr. Pepper or root beer would also work)
Hamburger buns or sliced bread


METHOD

Sprinkle Lawry's seasoning salt over both sides of thepork
Place the pork in the crockpot
Cover the pork with barbecue sauce
Add the can of cola
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Serve on a bun as a sandwich or eat it out of a bowl, whichever you prefer.
